6’ Fill N Chill Beverage Table
A unique six foot long table that has a 6 inch lip around the perimeter with a center drain plug. Holds up to 50lbs of ice and 60-70 cans of bottles or cold salads. Great self serve beverage station. Much better than having your guests stick their hands in a cooler full of ice to try to find a beverage.
String Lights (5 globe lights per set or 8 globe)
Each plastic globe light is a 40watt bulb. Nice soft lighting for a tent. Enough light but not too much! Usually the lights are strung down the middle of the tent from center pole to center pole. Prices include installation.
5’ Portable Black Serving Bar
Very nice professional serving bar on wheels. Commercial grade plastic and stainless steel panels in the front of the bar make a very good impression. Plenty of room for bottles, ice and extra glasses behind the bar.
Dance Floor (3 sizes)
Indoor / Outdoor Oak Parquet dance floor comes in 3x3 foot sections. This is a plastic dance floor that looks like Oak Parquet. Must be set up on a flat surface! If it is not, it will tend to separate and be “wavy”.

Tent Heater (plus propane for an additional charge)
170,000 btu forced air heater uses propane. The heater sits outside the tent and warm air is blown into the tent under the sidewalls through an air duct. The heater is controlled by a thermostat. Set the thermostat and the heater will turn on and off as needed. Heater needs an electrical outlet in order to run.
Propane can be supplied by the customer or we can supply it.
20lb tank of propane lasts 2-3 hours.
100lb tank of propane (lasts 8-12 hours)
Table Linens
We use a service for our table linens. They are a “restaurant quality” polyester table cloth. Standard size linens (72”x120” for 8’banquet tables) and (90” rounds for 5’ round tables) will cover the table and will “drop” or go half way to the floor.

Skirtless Banquet linen (floor length for a banquet table)
120” Round (for cocktail / Bistro tables- goes to the floor)

This linen is used in place of table skirting. It will cover an 8’ banquet table, and go all the way to the floor on all 4 sides. It is used for table displays or for food or drink tables.
